The library offers two meeting room spaces.

Small Meeting Room

  • Holds 15-20 people with tables and chairs
  • Available to use with no fee during library hours
  • Comes equipped with audiovisual equipment
  • Offers a coffee pot and counter space
  • Free wireless internet
  • Reservation can be made with library staff for the current month or for future months
  • Patrons who use the room are expected to leave it in the same condition as they found it
  • Food may be brought in but all trash needs to be removed, tables wiped down and visible dirt/food on the floor needs to be picked up - a vacuum cleaner is available upon request

Large Meeting Room

  • Holds 25-30 people with tables and chairs (40-45 without tables)
  • See Meeting Room Policy for complete details about the room
  • Comes equipped with audiovisual equipment
  • Offers a coffee pot, counter space, and a sink
  • Free wireless internet
  • Reservations can be made with the library director
  • A meeting room agreement is required along with a $50 deposit to hold the room
  • $20/hr (not for profit or governmental entities are able to use the room at no charge)
  • Patrons who use the room are expected to leave it in the same condition as they found it
  • Food may be brought in but all trash needs to be removed, tables wiped down and visible dirt/food on the floor needs to be picked up - a vacuum cleaner is available upon request
